What is Draw Xray ?

Draw Xray is an add-on for Blender 4.2+ that enhances retopology visualization by overlaying a retopo mesh on top of your high-poly model. It offers clearer insights into how the retopo mesh interacts with the high-poly surface, allowing you to identify areas that protrude or lie beneath the model. The overlay is customizable, with adjustable face colors and opacity, and works in Sculpt, Edit, Paint, and Object modes. It also has an option to apply the overlay with or without modifiers.

Usage:
Install like any other Blender add-on. Enable the Xray overlay in the 3D View Top Bar > Viewport Overlays. Multiple modes can be selected with Shift+Click.

The paid version includes snapping features, a custom retopo tool, advanced mesh curvature approximation, and an auto-updater. New features include Quad stroke drawing (v4.0) and Strip Wrap for joints (v4.1).
